Take a moment to look back at how far you’ve come.

How much you’ve grown. How much you are truly making a difference in your life and the lives around you.

When you feel like you’re getting caught up in comparison, or living to please others, bring the focus back to you.

Through a deeper connection to your divinity, you’ll draw out the best in yourself, allowing you to show up best for others.

Don’t worry so much about making mistakes.  Take pride in doing the best you can every single day. 

Begin to notice how you feel after situations, encounters, interactions, experiences, and conversations… 

If it feels good, do more of it…  and if it doesn’t feel good, don’t do it anymore.

And when you must do things you don’t want to do, instead of focusing on the negative, pull out the positive.

Feeling good is all a matter of perception. 

Each of our experiences are a mirror to our inner world, so if your inner world isn’t feeling good, your outer world will reflect that.
