Welcome To Your New Day

Today is a brand new day, and it's yours.

How I love the silence of early mornings before the rest of the world rises. 

There’s this gentle humming of hope that lives in the trees and travels through the breeze. 

In the silence, you hear whispers from the universe nudging you to do the thing you’ve been holding yourself back from doing.

On mornings like this, it’s as if anything is possible. 

“Today is a new day…" your intuition tells you, as the sun shines from between the blinds. 

As you rise out of bed, the world conspires to create space for your dreams… should you choose to chase them. 

When you're ready, say it with me:

Today is a new day.

A chance to step into a more empowered version of myself.

To show up more confident, more assured, more ready for all the opportunities that await me.

Today I can transform my way of thinking…

 I can choose to carry the energy of love and abundance with me at all times.

I can decide to stand up for myself and know my worth.

I can allow myself to relax into flow and focus on being happy in this moment.

Today is a new day to stop making up stories in my mind about a future that is unknown. 

…To stop making excuses for those who don’t value my true being & align closer to those who do.

Today I will believe with all my heart that everything and everyone who is meant for me, will find me.

I will leave the worries and anxiety behind and step forward with absolute trust and inner knowing that I am exactly where I am meant to be. 

Today I will allow myself to be grounded in all that I am and all that I am becoming.

Because I know that no matter what’s happening on the outside, I'm always in control of what's happening on the inside. 

Because I know I always have a higher power guiding me home.

Today is a new day. 

May I follow the spark in my heart and the light in my soul.  

May I embrace the world with a renewed vision that brings me closer to the person I was born to be.

And so it is.
